BRAC is dedicated to fostering a strong, growing economy throughout the nine-parish Baton Rouge area by serving as the primary advocate and change agent for the region's business community. There are several areas that BRAC focuses on such as higher education, innovation, public education, small business, and transportation. BRAC also works towards talent retention and attraction through its talent development program. BRAC investors are able to get involved in some of these areas through BRAC’s issue councils.
