The focus of the luncheon is the Pathways to Bright Futures initiative.

The goal of this collaboration is to better prepare students for future employment and a fruitful future.

“All stakeholders in the school-to-employment ecosystem must collaborate to build a future where all learners and employers succeed,” said Adam Knapp, president and CEO of the Baton Rouge Area Chamber. “Ensuring awareness of, and access to, meaningful career paths in our community as early in a student’s academic career as possible will bolster the region’s talent pipeline and provide greater opportunities to our young people.”
